Sensei's PPM eCoach for Project Managers using Microsoft Project 2016 and Project Online is the best on-line course I've ever taken on Project Management. My previous on-line project management courses included on-line learning at Northern Arizona University's Masters Degree program in Project Management Programs, and dozens of LYNDA.COM (now LinkedIn Learning) on-line video courses in project management. All of these were good, but I got the most "bang for my buck" from Sensei's PPM eCoach for Project Managers using Microsoft Project 2016 and Project Online. I've actually watched it twice in the last month, and now just go back to it on an 'as needed,' 'just in time learning' basis to rewatch programs that I need a refresher on. It's clear, concise, well explained, practical project management learning. I strongly recommend it.

Great content however I had several technical issues:
1) Could not log in at times.
2) Video playback did work or hung at times and had to restart.
3) I tried to take quizzes but some sessions tagged the session as if I took the quiz already when I did not and you can only take the quiz once after the session or at the end.

This product gives very good instruction on how to run a waterfall project in ideal situations, allowing for realistic updates to the overall timeline when work does not finish on time, giving a project plan that is actually useful throughout the project life cycle. However, if your company's approach to project management is leaning toward agile project management in any way, this gives no obvious guide on how to blend the two types of project management, or how to best interface with other groups using agile in the context of your waterfall project.
